I create the program based on communication with you, considering your current abilities and goals.

You don't need a gym, you can train with me at home. You choose the training time. Training is done 3 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour.
So, you only need to set aside 90 minutes a week for workouts.

How do we start?

 <li>Step 2 - Enter your email and password if you already have an account or click "Don't have an account?" and enter your details to create an account.</li>
 <li>Step 3 - Send a message within the application</li>
 <li>Step 4 - Through communication, I gain insight into your goals and current status</li>
 <li>Step 5 - I create and set up a nutrition and training plan for you</li>
 <li>Step 6 - I monitor your progress and adjust the program</li>

What do you get?

 <li>Mentorship and support through communication - we have a chat feature in the application. We can exchange progress photos and videos of how you perform exercises.</li>
 <li>A meal plan with healthy recipes made from ingredients you already use. Feeling satiated is part of the program.</li>
 <li>Macronutrient calculator - accurately calculate how many carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are consumed per meal and per day with graphical representation. You don't have to measure food in grams; with this calculator, you quickly learn to estimate what and how much is needed. Clients particularly like this feature.</li>
 <li>Nutrition diary, training log, and habit tracking.</li>
 <li>Video-format workout plan with descriptions of each exercise. We start slowly, as you progress, workouts become more challenging.</li>
 <li>Graphical representation of your progress - at the beginning of our collaboration, you enter your measurements and track how they change over time. You can also input and compare your BEFORE and AFTER pictures.</li>
